These are the standard Caterham wheels: 14" alloy Minators from KN Wheels in the UK. Anything smaller would have cost precious ground clearance. Anything larger would have just cost more. Since this is road going car, these will work fine. The four-bolt pattern is torqued to 55 ft/lb. Seven logo badges stick to plastic center caps that pop into place.
The tires are Avon ZV3, also from the UK. They are a road tire with average grip, wear, and noise. Air must be released from the tires that have been overinflated during shipping. The image below shows the actual ground clearance.
